ASPIRE, the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction, is a unique task force of clinicians and scientists involved in the management of fertility and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). ASPIRE aims to promote awareness of infertility and ART, and to improve infertility-related services in the Asia-Pacific region.

The 15th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2026) is scheduled to take place at the China International Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing, China, from 7 – 10 May 2026.

Themed “Journeying the Silk Road of Reproductive Care,” ASPIRE 2026 emphasizes our commitment to fostering communication and collaboration in reproductive medicine, drawing inspiration from the Silk Road’s legacy of connecting diverse cultures and facilitating the exchange of knowledge.

The 2026 Congress will feature a comprehensive scientific program, including sessions on emerging special interest groups such as counselling and fertility nursing.

Dear Colleagues and Friends

It is a great honour to assume the presidency of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE), particularly at such an exciting time for our society. We have just concluded ASPIRE 2025 in Singapore—a resounding success with a record number of participants and an exceptionally well-received scientific program. The energy and enthusiasm of our members, partners, and participants has reaffirmed the strength and potential of ASPIRE as a regional leader in reproductive health and ART.

I have been closely associated with ASPIRE for nearly a decade, and it is remarkable to see how far we have come. Our region accounts for over two-thirds of the world’s IVF cycles, and ASPIRE continues to play a critical role in advancing clinical standards, education, and research in reproductive medicine across the Asia Pacific.
